Local brewer is moving their brand to a new location and starting a new concept Restaurant and Craft Brewery. They will no longer operate as a co-packer.
They are offering their 12,500 Sq Ft beverage manufacturing and co-packing facility located in Twin Cities area. It is currently up and running and producing craft beer, hard seltzer, ready-to drink (RTD) cocktails and THC-infused beverages. There are existing co-packing contracts that could be part of the negotiations.
A full equipment list is available upon request. Highlights include a low pressure steam boiler, a glycol chiller, a 300bbl brewhouse including dual kettle/whirlpools and 60 bbl hot and cold liquor tanks. The facility also operates a reverse osmosis water treatment system with a 6,000-gallon storage tank, a 300bbl cellar with fermentation and brite tanks, a 60 can per minute canning line, a large cooler, a super-sack malt handling system, loading dock, lenticular filter, kegging cart, 208v/480 service, offices and taproom.
