Paul Ripon

Paul has over two and a half decade’s worth experience in managing small and medium sizes businesses. In the mid-nineties he started in New York City, as a research associate at a Wall Street investment bank, assisting stock analysts with industry and portfolio research.  He gained valuable insight into multiple business arenas as well as fundamentals of valuation principles.  He moved to Minneapolis-St. Paul in year 2000, continuing to work at various businesses, in upper-level management capacities, directing and influencing entity-level decisions related to profitability and continued growth strategies. 

On education front he holds an MBA (Corporate Finance), a degree in Hospitality Management, and a diploma in Culinary and Food Nutrition.  He is an avid traveler, and has visited twenty-five countries around the globe.   

He lives in Edina, MN with his only wife: Martha.  In his spare time, he nurtures his hobbies: woodworking, landscaping, leathercraft, photography, spreadsheet modelling, and reading the latest McKinsey Consulting articles.
