Jay Baker

John “Jay” Baker spent the last 40+ years growing up around equipment. From growing up on a farm and working for other farmers, as well as His father’s excavation company. To starting his own business 22 years ago, working with equipment. While at the same time largely working in the machine sales and service industry. This led to a passion and experience to founding SolaFide Co, nearly 16 years ago.

Honesty and integrity are very important to him. As well as coming to understand his call in life of service within the local church amongst the people, spiritually speaking. He finds it a blessing of working with people and loves sales for that reason.
